Overall, very good.The only problem was that the auto email telling me the car would be ready on 7/12 was wrong. Luckily I called ahead and saved a roundtrip.

Both occurances required mid-to-long term body/repair work, and from dealing with the insurer themselves to handling my rental experience, they are without a doubt an A+ business, 5 out of 5 stars. Everything about A+ two auto body was awesome. The service when I brought my car in was great. The repairs were impeccable and the personnel were great. They kept me informed all the while my car was being repaired. They were super great. I would recommend them to anyone anytime.

A+ Auto did an A++ job. Laurie and John were great to deal with. They estimated the job to be done on April 19th, but is was done by the 9th. The quality of their work is excellent. I had sum scratches on the side not related to the accident and they buffed them out FOC. My car looks brand new. If I need body work done in the future, I would not hesitate to go back to them or recommend them to others.

A+ did a fantastic job repairing the rear of my RAV4. John & Lauri were great to work with keeping me informed on the status of the job. It was estimated to take 14 days, but it only took 5!! Also, had some scratches not related to the accident. They buffed them out FOC even after I waited to the last minute to ask. The work itself is excellent. My RAV looks brand new! I would definitely use them again the the future and would not hesitate recommending them to friends or family.
