The car looks great. I’m very happy with the work but I’m frustrated it took almost three weeks to get it back. I understand supply chain issues but I would loved yo have had it until it was ready for repair. Lori in the office was wonderful. Such a kind and efficient employee. John was trying hard to get my car fixed faster and I appreciated his efforts.

I’m upset that it took so long to get my car back. If it was going to be almost three weeks, tell me. Instead I was calling every few days only to be told “next day, two more days. End of day tomorrow.” For some reason-no idea why-I don’t have replacement rental car on my policy. I had to rent for a week, then two weeks, then a third. Once I kept my drop off appointment 2/21 I was told I HAD to leave it there. I drove by every few days and it was never touched until after the second week. I thought both my husband and I, for years with Liberty, had towing, replacement etc. we spend a lot of money with Liberty for all our insurance and to have this happen was upsetting. I could have saved two weeks paying for a rental car had the been handled better. The repair looks great! The people at the shop were so nice. They are in a bind with parts. I get it. I just do not appreciate the whole being without a car.
