‘A’ Street Collision provided an outstanding level of service. Although I interacted mostly with Hector, every employee was courteous and friendly. Did they complete the body work to my truck to my satisfaction? They certainly did! However, it was Hector’s proactive assistance in coordinating the parts, repair, and assistance with my car rental that put them over the top. Customer service can be extremely challenging, and both service employees and customers have a very real human obligation to treat each other with respect, dignity and honesty. Hector and all the other folks at ‘A’ Street are rock solid.

As a senior, I had many questions and I felt apprehensive. David was patient; he answered all my questions. Everything was so easy including getting and returning my rental car. David and his team done an amazing job on our car. He kept us updated on the status of our car and when it would be ready. He completed the work on our car faster than any body shops we have used. Which saved us money on our rental. David was able to return our rental so my husband and I don’t have to take 2 trips. I recommend A Street Collision. I would give them 100 plus stars.
