Rico was very accommodating. I was very frazzled due to my husband's health situation and ability to get the car to the shop. Rico worked with my schedule and was very pleasant to work with. I broke my key fob and was nearly in tears from my horrible experience with Hertz and being behind in bringing the car and once again Rico said don't worry it will be ok. My car was ready the next day. I would definitely come back if I ever needed to and would recommend anyone to this shop
