I would score this a 15/10 if I could. Whether in person or over the phone, everyone who I dealt with at A&W took the time to explain where things stood with the repair and claim processes. Jade was the lead person dealing with my insurance company and I honestly believe I would still be waiting on my claim to be fully paid if it were not for her patient and thorough follow-through.
