These people know how to take care of business. They took care of every detail including the rental car. This is not the first time I have had body work done at A&W. They take all the worrying out of the process of getting your car back to the way it is supposed to look. I highly recommend them.

The car drives perfectly fine but at higher speeds around 50mph there is a rubbing sound coming from the front of the driver side of the car

Some underbody shield was dragging as I drove it home and when I looked under it there are a couple pieces that were not reinstalled all the way…missing bolts. Calling you in the morning!

My son took his Audi A4 in for a repair of his passenger side door. After it was repaired my son noticed a deep scratch to his steering wheel. The repair shop never mentioned this to my son. He informed the repair shop of the scratch. Initially they denied the damage, but then informed my son that they would pay for the repair. My son was very frustrated with the repair shop and there lack of honesty.

Just a couple things I noticed. It looks like maybe a grinding wheel accidentally bumped into my door frame. Also I do see a little overspray mark. I did email some photos.
