Car repair and scheduling everything was good and easy. Just very annoyed you stole my phone charger out of my car. Such a small inconvenience but makes me question what other stuff you wouldve taken if it was in my car. Hard to be very trusting

Went here to get my car inspected and repaired after someone rear ended me and I’m impressed! They replaced my entire rear number, fixed my trunk, replaced and recalibrated my blind spot sensors, and paint matched perfectly all in 5 days. Dropped my car off Monday morning and it was done Friday afternoon. They coordinated with Enterprise to get me my rental car in the meantime and everything went smoothly. They dropped me off at Enterprise and when I went to pick my car up, I left the rental with them and they took care of the rest! The people here are the best part. This was my first time dealing with a collision and thus my first time going to a repair shop, getting a rental, dealing with insurance claims, etc. Everyone here was super understanding and walked me through everything. AJ greeted me with a friendly face, Nicole marked up my car and told me all the work that would most likely need to be done, and the lady at the front desk was likewise very patient. Upon picking my car up, I met Omar, the manager, and he was also extremely pleasant to speak with. These people are beyond professional and incredibly organized!

One piece of feedback. I have used your services twice and the repairs were excellent. However in both cases the final cost was significantly higher than the estimate. I know it can be difficult to estimate however it is somewhat misleading to have the estimate so much lower than the actual price.

The repair was done well and in a timely manner. This is the second repair A&B has done for me and the job was done well My only critical feedback is that the final cost was significantly higher than the estimates I received from A&B.
