I have always been greatful for the wonderful work A&B Collision has done on my cars. That's not saying I've been in so many accidents but when my cars have needed to be repaired A&B is always the first place on my mind to bring them. They the best professional work around our area. From the ladies that help at the desk, to AJ who helps assessing the damage and all the body men that do all the work. Their work is A #1. Whenever someone asks for a place to bring their cars for repair I tell them A&B. Thank you A&B for the great work you do.

I tried to submit something once before about my comments. I’ll try to do it again and see if it goes. I don’t know if I’m gonna get exactly the same way. Well when I first went there to AB I met a representative for the company his name was AJ and he was pleasant for the start. He explained what had to be fixed on my car and he said he’ll keep in touch with me as we go along. The adjuster wasn’t there at the time but that’s all right. I was able to leave the car and then they set up the enterprise came to pick me up and get me a Rent-A-Car so I wouldn’t be inconvenience for a week. Right from the beginning when I walked in the door, there was a young lady work behind the counter I think her name was Susan. She’s actually beautiful by the way, and she was very pleasant. Told me everything I had to sign all the papers and from there she said that we will be in touch when the car is being worked on and give us some kind of status and everything else. Anyway, I explained to both the young lady at the counter and AJ that this car my Toyota Tacoma is my baby. I treat it really well. I always take care of it. I always wax it. I always maintain it and like I said it’s my baby. I said all I want for you guys is to treat my car like a baby and make it look like it did before I got hit and damaged. You wanna know something when I picked up my car today my car looks just like it was brand new all over again. The damage was fixed on my car. My car was polished and washed. I have to say I was quite satisfied with AB collision. No wonder did they get a five star rating no wonder stay far more stating Geico use them. I seen some plaques on the wall that they were dedicated to certain car companies. I didn’t see Toyota, but but I saw a lot other companies like I said, they did a really good job of fixing my car and making it look new again before the damage everybody should be recommended, even the guy who retrieved my car or he was the guy who actually washed and polished my car even he was very polite and he says I treated it like a baby. I was very happy again. I’m glad that I went to AB collision.

Always satisfied with an and b super easy and fast work and everyone is so helpful Sara and jennah are great and provided amazing service and communication. I only had one issue which was my front driver tire was set at 51PSI and all others was 39psi

don’t usually leave Google reviews, but I had such a great experience I couldn’t not share it. A true white glove service starting with Yahya, which says a lot about a business when the owner is making your file and filling out paperwork with you. Jenna was not only friendly, but gave me updates throughout the repair (although they also have a link that updates you throughout!). Most importantly, the work is top-notch! AJ took me through all the work that was done. You could tell they treat you like family and care so much that, while he was showing me the car, he noticed fingerprints (that I didn’t even notice) on one tiny spot and instinctively ran inside to wipe it down before giving me the keys. This attention to detail is not only appreciated, but a step above the competition. Thank you team!

I was charged for a hubcap, which was not installed. The seal of the window was not reassembled perfectly. The gas tank cover is not opening suddenly after the repair. Something is off with the spring when it was reassembled. It was working perfectly before drop off. The car was dirty, and the interior very dirty with the remnants of the repair all over the interior of the doors and fabric seats and floor.
