I have always took my vehicles to them when I hit a deer or hail storm or just an accident in general and they have always done a good job with the vehicles.

Rating would have been much higher if only when we left and my husband was driving the car since we was borrowing my father’s vehicle. I looked back and noticed the headlight that was “fixed” was still out. So I called and let my husband know and we pulled over and popped the hood and they didn’t even plug my headlight back in. I’m not sure how you forget to do that since that is the light that was fixed. Also, they left parts everywhere in the car, some of the parts that was replaced they left laying under the hood or in the doors. Other than that my car looks very nice and still runs great!

Every time I would call and check on the status of my car they was always really friendly and I know it wasn’t their fault about having a hard time getting the parts in. But even when we went to go pick up the car the guy behind the desk was very friendly and polite and explained everything to us.

The work that was done was quality, but drivers mirror original was heated new one is not, and drivers side back door has scratches from pieces of mirror when it was broken, everything else was great
