It was fine. Y'all did a great job, but I live an hour away and only used this shop because it was an insurance claim. If I know someone in Abingdon at some point that needs help, I will definitely let them know about the good work y'all do.

Everyone was lovely to interact with. However - I was told that Wednesday is the day you give updates on progress, etc. You had my car for two weeks and I never received an update. I had to call myself at one point and was not informed of anything again until I found out my car was ready. I wish I had known that info earlier because it made my day much more difficult not having any updates in the meantime.

My vehicle looked better leaving their lot, than what it did whenever I bought it! They are all nice, professional, respectful, and they do a great job. I would highly recommend, and would use them again for future repairs, if needed!
