There were several issues that I noticed once I picked up my car, from the headlight being pushed back and not in place, to my door being out of alignment and closing/opening with a louder thud.

I was given several different answers over several different days. Two weeks prior to picking up I was told it’ll be ready tomorrow afternoon, and ended up paying out of pocket for a rental after them having my car for about 40-45 days.

Even though it wasn’t that part of the accident repair, I would’ve never let the car leave the shop with one new headlight and one fogged over terribly. If they had asked I would’ve paid for the other one to be replaced. Other than that everything was great. The communication was good and all work looks good.

I asked for car to be detailed in/out and inside was not cleaned, even though I called and asked several times to verify it. The repair work looked great!

I asked for all of my car to be detailed before I picked it up and only the outside was. I called several times during the 17 days they had it to double check and was told they. Outside and paint job looked really good! However, I was counting on a clean car I side and out.... otherwise it would of been a 10

I was a little disappointed when no showed us our car.When I looked at repair,fender was not pushed or pull all way out causing a panel offset.
