The work was good, just not complete and there was no communication.

I had to bring back my vehicle for a fix, and the person at the front desk implied that I should just live with the issue, but we got it fixed and other than that. It was excellent.

I had to bring back my vehicle and I had to insist that it be fixed to at least function as well as it had prior to the collision. The front desk person seemed a bit reluctant to further address the issue.

The repairs Abingdon Collision made were great. I can't tell there was any damage. There was one piece of equipment that was damaged during the accident that wasn't repaired but Abingdon Collision may not have known about it.
