Car went in to be repaired without a leaking trunk, came back 30 days later with a leaking trunk. They then said it was unrelated to accident. This is probably very accurate. However, when they received the car the trunk didn’t leak. Therefore, in the 30 days they had the vehicle something happened in their possession to make the trunk leak. They will not take responsibility. Also they somehow disconnected the wiper fluid and didn’t put it back together.

They Ordered wrong door. Delayed readiness of vehicle. Did not call me with updates. I had to call each time for an update. Once I picked up the car. There was a ERROR code. Keyless entry malfunction error. Once I got back from vacation to schedule them to fix. They wanted me to wait over two weeks for an appointment

There was NO communication. The estimate said 5 days, it was 12, again, with no communication.

The work was fine but the timing was not You tried to give me the car back when the work was not complete. I had to make another trip from Manchester to get the work finished I asked for some kind of compensation and was told pretty much "to bad" Not happy with your shop
