They dealt with the insurance company when the actual cost went higher than estimate. And when the truck needed to stay longer they coordinated with the car rental company to extend the rental.

Work was done. Took twice as long as promised. AC did not work when returned and grease stains on front seats. Body work was good slight variation in color match of paint which may be more/less noticeable as time progresses. Allstate preferred over other local shops so went with them.

My car had to be there longer than expected and it was not communicated BUT once I got a hold of someone my rental car and insurance were taken care of for the extension. Also at checkout I was given a gift card to a local restaurant and I was treated externally well. The front staff were all very friendly!
