My car had to be there longer than expected and it was not communicated BUT once I got a hold of someone my rental car and insurance were taken care of for the extension. Also at checkout I was given a gift card to a local restaurant and I was treated externally well. The front staff were all very friendly!

Ron was friendly and professional. And would recommend anyone to work with him. I do wish that the communication was better. I would have appreciated a phone call for updates during the process regarding the timeline (from reordering parts to keeping my vehicle longer than the estimated time frame.) And just generally receiving a phone call rather than me chasing others down to get an update.
