Lori was exceptional yet again. This was the second time I had to bring my truck in to get it fixed from damage. Lori remembered me because she assisted me the first time and she was just as professional. She kept me updated periodically and walked me through the before and afters. The exceptionalism the shop does makes me comfortable if I ever need anything in the future.

I went with the KIA dealerships suggestion and I think I should have asked state farm to make the suggestion instead. If I ever need work on our cars again Im more likely to do research and look at different options. I wouldnt tell friends or family to avoid this location, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend them. I really didn't like the feeling I had driving away with a few issues unresolved and called next day to have them take an additional look. My opinion might change depending on how they handle the follow up.

It was confusing when picking up, giving me the impression that the bumper was different and thus a different color. Instead of then explaining that portion of the bumper was the original. It now has a tiny bit sticking out, and the hatch wasnt centered even though we pointed to that in the pre inspection. It took a little to get status updates, and in the paperwork I explicitly asked for photos and additional details. I will stop to point out, the staff was incredibly nice, and anyone I talked to was great. So front people 10/10 (ignoring the hiccup of explaining the work done, I blame myself a little for the confusion as well, I should have asked clarifying questions), and then the 5/10 rating because the back end took 5 days to replace a small section of the bumper without addressing the non centered hatch, and didnt take the time to insure the side panel was even with the car.

Lori and the team at ABRA was amazing from beginning to end. The communication and professionalism is wonderful! Every week I received updates on the progress of the vehicle. Lori also went out of her way to meet us on a Saturday when the business was closed, just so we could pick up the vehicle since Friday we weren’t able to due to conflict with our work hours. The car looks great. Highly recommend!!
