If I’m being honest, I’m 50/50 with recommending to friends. Overall, not a bad job. My biggest problem is the simple stuff that you all let slip out of your shop without catching. If I painted that bumper, I would have made sure that it was done to the best of my abilities and that the customer would be happy with it. We all know a paint chip always has the potential of turning into a big ugly eye sore over time. Should have just fixed it before calling it good and giving it back to me. Same with the rear hatch glass bumpers. How did I catch that issue as soon as I opened the glass but the guys who put it back together didn’t notice the two giant holes that clearly look like something should be there. There are even marks on the glass from where the old bumpers rested on the window. I can’t help but to think about what else you guys may have put half effort into repairing. Only time will tell the quality of the repairs.

Shop did good work and got everything done in a timely manner. Very friendly staff and easy to work with! I would love to say this experience was perfect! BUT, I do have a few issues with the job that was done. Rear bumper was replaced with new and painted, the paint they just sprayed already had a spot with scuffs and missing paint when I showed up to get the vehicle. Kind of makes you wonder why they didn’t just fix it before giving the vehicle back. Shop also forgot to put the rubber bumpers for the rear hatch window. The shop did state there is a warranty on all work they performed and if I had any issues I could try to bring it back. Issue with this is I, like most people, have to scramble to get a rental or another vehicle while repairs are being made on the primary car. When I show up to get the vehicle, it would be 100% ready. After the time and money invested in fixing the vehicle, I feel these issues are something that definitely should have been caught by the shop before returning the vehicle back to customer.
