From start to finish everyone was professional honest and upfront with possibilities that may take place once they got into the work. They even ordered in the parts ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to wait. Not all of the parts were needed so they sent them back and did not charge me. It was so comforting to get updated text messages on status of work. I expected it to take much longer than it did. Final results is my vehicle is restored back to its original condition prior to hail damage. I would highly recommend Abra in Onalaska to others. Thanks for a great customer experience!

Interactions were all good. Initial communication was problematic as the advisor assigned to my vehicle was out of town and did not contact me to begin scheduling when he returned. I had to call the shop after a week of no contact. It felt as if my vehicle had been temporarily overlooked in the system.
