Get rid of the repair journey card. Makes one think that you will get your car back in 13 days not any later. The daily text messages are great. Save money and do away with the cards.

Communication during the whole process was fantastic. There was very little waiting around, paperwork went smooth and quickly. Repairs were outstanding, cant even tell thre was damage.
