Work done is always top notch, ongoing communication throughout the process, updates on expected completion date, etc. We especially appreciated the extra effort involved so we could leave on our planned trip on schedule.

Extremely satisfied with quality of work and communication from the GM on keeping us informed of what was going on and time frame so we didn’t show up and it wasn’t completed

The GM took time call us and update us on the progress to make sure we didn’t show up and it wasn’t done, she wanted to make sure it was done correctly. The did a great job on the truck getting out the hail dents.

All damage was not repaired. Front bumper facia also had hail damage and was declined by bodyshop. Updates weekly said it was being worked on when it was waiting fo parts. Repairs quoted at 3 weeks and took over 10 weeks. Shop cut washer fluid line when removing hood and reinstalled cut line, therefore windshield washers don't work. 2 bottles of fluid on the ground before I checked it and found the problem.

Same as prior. I was not accurately informed of what was happening with the vehicle. All repairs not done. Hose for washer fluid cut and not replaced.

The team at Gerber in La Crosse was excellent. They helped me with a trailer hitch receiver that was uncommon. They did an excellent job with that. They also repaired/replaced a damaged hatch spoiler and did a superb job with that as well. The team was helpful, communicated quickly and thoroughly and were nice to work with. I certainly would recommend them to others.
