The text from sunbit was confusing. It sounds as though it’s a recommendation to pay via text to make the pick up process go Smoother. It didn’t. The woman told me I shouldn’t have paid it and that she could not see a payment was made. It was a frustrating exchange and she didn’t seem to be aware of the process. She did something and then a text was sent to me to confirm a payment on her end, so it ended up up working out. I’d recommend more awareness about sunbit or tell your customers more information…you’ll get a text from sunbit. Only use that if you cannot pay in full.

Megan and Josh were awesome to work with right from the start, they made the repair process seem effortless. Cole was keeping me updated on the progress of my car and he even stayed a bit late so I was able to pick up my car after work. Not only were my repairs done in a timely manner, but my car came back cleaner then when I left it! Great job everyone!
