ABRA communicated with us frequently to tell us about the progress of repairs on our Prius. Someone did $4,600 of damage to our parked car in the Culver’s parking lot a couple of weeks ago. They crashed, or maybe backed into, the passenger door behind the driver’s seat, denting the door quite a bit. It was a hit and run. The repairs look great. ABRA did high quality work and gave us frequent progress reports. I strongly recommend their auto body repair shop.

Job was completed as agreed & looks good. A mixup in receiving car rental kept me waiting nearly 2 hours. 1st vehicle had a crack in windshield, missing hubcap,very noisy .& smelled like cigarettes. They did get us in a different car thankfully but had to wait longer. A shortage of cars. Was pleased with one received.
