They were very professional and kept me informed about delays. The work they did was professional and love that they cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. It was a little disappointing that they had to order three mirrors before they got the correct one and then the glass broke.

I just would have appreciated being kept updated a little more. I ended up calling a few of the days to ask for an update. I though am overly attached to my car and recognize other people may not care as much about the ins and outs of the repair process.
