Before I can give you a 10 I need you to see the damages that were not fixed correctly from when I first brought the vehicle into your shop

The repainting of the front quarter panel went well. But after taking the vehicle to a certified Subaru dealer we found out the initial repairs of the damage were NOT done correctly. The dealership videoed the repairs that were said to have been completed but as you will see clearly they were not done correctly by your body shop initially. I will bring the video and the vehicle back to Abra so you can see what they are talking about and hopefully your company will stand by your work and fix the issues correctly without any cost to me because it falls under the warranty time period. They were short staffed in the estimate dept

The staff was friendly. However they used a text system that would push out notifications of the process of your car. I received a notification in the morning that it was going to be another week. Then an hour later, I received a call that the car was ready. So their communication systems did not match up.
