I asked that the headlight be repaired and they agreed, but it didn’t happen. The repaired navigation system seems to be working as far as I can tell. It would have been helpful to have someone explain ahead of time that it would take 3 days for the repair. I’m very concerned about the manager who smirked each time I ask him to change the tv channel away from fox news to anything else. His attitude was initially acceptable however he became increasingly defensive and difficult to be around. I would not use this business again because of the lack of explanation of how long it would take to paint and dry, even though it is understandable once you know how the process works. I do not patronize businesses that play fox news, nor do I put up with people who make fun of others who express their opinions. The one manager who was not behind the front desk very often was very nice and polite. The manager who was frequently behind the front desk came across as rude in my opinion, at times. When I said please don’t play fox news, I meant it. Make sure the tv remote is accessible to the waiting room.
