Not excited that we have to bring it back but gave a higher rating with the anticipation that we are receiving the correction and quality of service by Corey and team.

Was going to wait until the correction was completed but this is my “final chance to respond”. Initial repair quality is subpar and would have given lower rating but it will be corrected. Clear coat had pock marks or pin holes, paint run on the underside, bumper is not straight/aligned. Initial corrections done on day of pick up but needing to return for additional work.

Very impressed with Corey as he did the initial quote and discussion along with delivery at completion then ensuring we are set up for corrections. Not at all impressed with Darrin and the multiple interactions we had especially at drop off for the initial appt to fix and insurance discussion (Corey was on vacation)
