again, very disappointing experience

parts do not line up , personal belongings are missing, certain things were not installed correctly, management failed to honor lifetime warranty as they did nothing for my missing items and left very expensive tcm unsecured and hanging on fan shroud. also grid heater plug was buried behind the front clip. if i could give a zero i would. extremely disappointed in this particular abra and management team.

The guys at ABRA were awesome. They fixed my car and when I got it back it was spotless inside and out! They also were able to do my repairs in 3 days. Very satisfied with every aspect from insurance to my rental car. They were great.
