Joel did a n excellent job working with me. He was friendly and professional. He was very reassuring when Dairlyland Insurance was playing the delay game to approve the repair of my truck. Dairlyland Insurance's client ran into the back of my truck and caused a lot of damage. Joel patiently explained the process and confidently waited for the Insurance company to approve the repair of my vehicle. He made the repair process less stressful for me. Thank you Joel and Abbra for your good work to repair my truck. Getting my truck back with the collision damage repaired, truck washed, and interior cleaned made it feel brand new again. Oh what a feeling.
