Every nasty piece of hardened tar is completely gone. The car is vacuumed & washed, & with the exception of a ding on a side mirror, a couple other marks have disappeared. They promptly got me in & in less time than I figured, I was out again. I needed a rental car in the interim & was given a ride to Enterprise. I am completely pleased with my experience with Carstar & will recommend them to anyone else.

Although collision repairs are usually a nightmare experience this event, and dealing with Carstar Hermantown was an absolutely zero drama event. Dustin and Grace were professional, experienced and really cared about me the customer. I would definitely recommend this repair facility to anyone needing body work.
