Each interaction I had with staff at Abra was positive. Joel specifically was great to work with, he was insightful and communicated well with updates on my vehicle! It took longer than expected and they ran into some hiccups but they always informed us on what they were doing and they were able to repair the damage ! Vehicle looked and ran great when we got it back!

Communication on the repairs and timelines was great. The sensor cover was hanging off, there is a bubble on the paint protector with a small piece of dirt under it and i found some caps to something that were sitting in the windshield wiper area. Overall they did a wonderful job of putting my less than 2 year old truck back together.
