The staff at ABRA kept me me updated every step of the way. There were some small inconveniences with delayed parts due to weather which was completely understandable, but any delays were relayed in a timely manner. I felt like a valued customer, and they even cleaned my entire car both inside and out. It looks brand new again! Highly satisfied with this shop and their approach to customer service.
