Opening in February/March of 2018, a brand new facility to serve you better. We are moving from our current 5500 square foot facility to a 14000 square feet facility. We will have a new drive in estimating bay. Our production space will increase considerably to help repair vehicle faster to get you back on the road. We have been in business since 1971.

I don't love having to respond to a survey like this. If we make a mistake, we will absolutely own it and use the feedback to improve. In this case, however, I feel the survey gives an unfair impression of the communication and effort that took place. Your vehicle arrived at our shop non-drivable after an accident while you were traveling from Kansas to Manitoba. We understood the extremely difficult situation you were in and went out of our way to fit your vehicle into an already busy repair schedule to get you back on the road as quickly as we reasonably could. From the beginning, I explained that we could not order parts until we received authorization from your insurance company, making the timing dependent first upon insurance approval and then upon the availability and delivery of the necessary Nissan parts. I also explained the anticipated repair timeline once we were able to begin. You did contact us at times for updates, and I certainly understand why given your circumstances. However, that does not mean we weren't also making an effort to keep you informed. Once the repair was underway, we also have a record of the text updates that were sent. I'm very glad you were happy with the quality of the repair and found our staff kind and helpful. We genuinely worked hard to make a very difficult situation as easy as possible for you. That is why I was disappointed to see the communication during your repair characterized the way it was in this survey.
