Damage repair looks very nice. Two tailight bulbs didnt work after the repair. I had to spend $10 and a trip to the parts store to repair.

Only time they went out to show me the work was complete is when I spotted more damage and misaligned hardware on the vehicle. Kinda seems like they got the progressive money and was like all done.

In the past, I have had great experiences with Abra Auto, this last time around it felt like there was some miss steps on their part that could have been completely avoided. But at the end of the day, my car was fixed and I am happy.

They do amazing work, however, I had to bring my car in for a second time to correct issues that they didn’t fix the first time around. Instead of them asking me or calling my insurance company whether the issue was needing to be fixed, they just went ahead and assumed it was part of a different claim.
