The work took almost a month longer to complete than they originally said that it would. Then when I picked it up the work is still not complete. I am still waiting for them to contact me about spraying my bedliner on the tailgate that was replaced. I had to contact them several times to inquire if my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Each time the receptionist would give me a new date and an excuse when the vehicle would be done. They never once reached out to me preemptively to let me know the truck would not be ready when they said that it would. The employees are extremely dismissive while also incompetent at their jobs. I never leave negative reviews, but I can’t believe how terrible ABRA was. I used them because they were my insurance’s preferred body shop. I will never use them again and even called my insurance agent to let them know they shouldn’t send other customers to them for work.

You had the vehicle far longer than I was told u would...u did not keep in contact why..I had to call & ask..& u took apart my vehicle before assuring the parts were correct & the vehicle was dropped off drivable..but after tu ook apart the vehicle was not so I couldn't get it back while u were waiting on the correct parts since @ that point was undrivable...no sorry..no waiving the deductible fees..nothing. far from satisfied.
