I thought that the everyone in the office helpful. My only concern is that while using cruise that it shut itself off for about 3 miles and would allow me to turn it back on.

When I brought car in I was told it would take a week and a half. It actually took over 3 weeks. I'd prefer to have an honest completion date when bringing in my car. Even if it takes longer, I'd prefer an accurate completion date. Final product is outstanding though.

The door repair looks great. Only comment is i was told would take a week and a half. Actually took 3 weeks. Prefer you be honest up front as to potential time frame. Would save a lot of phone calls between rental car office, insurance company and client.
