They were quick to complete my car after being wrecked….but they could took a little more time to make all was complete I could crease in my bumper almost like they had to bed it to fit the car and I’m sure bumper attached properly wondering the bars were damaged and instead of replacing old parts. I haven’t got over for them to look at due family emergency and been out of state

The actual works looks great. It's the way things were handled leading up the end result that are resulting in a lower satisfaction rating.

The "inspection" of the damage done to my car was not adequate. A simple walk-around the car did not reveal additional damage. Had the assessor actually looked under the bumper (where the lamp was damaged", she may have noticed additional things that needed replaced.
