First, you did a beautiful job. I think you know how particular I am with my car. Having said that, after an hour off finishing detailing the car at home, I only found three things that needed attention. The roof was covered with buffing compound, there was a very small amount of buffing compound around the door handles and the edges of the wheel wells, not a problem the car looks beautiful. The third thing is the rear piller-driver side that has some marks...looks like finger prints. I'd give you a 9.75 if I could.

Although Abbra went out of their way I believe to get this out of the door for us so we could go on our vacation in time, the hood does not line up correctly. They did say to bring it back in for adjustment sometime.

I'm so mad the vibration noise is awful and the guy was like I will pay for sterling chevy to diagnose it but we didn't take it apart today and I said well the vibration was never there till I left it here to be fixed

My car is still not properly fixed and my rental got sent back and now I have a rattle / vibration in the front of my car and the silver seal is sticking out and I am so upset 😡 someone needs to bring me a rental car and keep mine until it is fully fixed. I should not have to be missing work because these people can't get the proper work done.

I told them what was still wrong and he was like oh that should have just been put on like this and they will have to redo it and I was like well if they didn't do this right... what else did they do wrong and I have to keep finding rides pay people gas money to take me back and forth... this is why I should still have my rental. He said they have to order more parts... this is ridiculous
