I was told when van was completed that I needed to pay y deductible. I questioned it since the other driver was at fault and his insurance was responsible. She said she would check. She did call back and I owed nothing. Just wonder if error would have been caught if I had paid deductible?

Thr customer service is absolutely amazing there. The communication is great and the staff is so friendly. It's horrible to be in an accident especially when it's a vehicle you really enjoy. The staff makes you feel like they are your friends that there to help you get the vehicle you love back to the way it was In the most easiest and caring way.
