I am beyond disappointed. You wrecked my vehicle. You kept my license plate. You were rude You lacked integrity. You kept my car without communication for 6 months. You treated me with a lack of respect consideration and courtesy. I pray your family never experiences the treatment that you so flagrantly bestowed upon me. You baited me in as a kind family business and you later revealed yourselves as charlatans. The way you received my car is not the way you returned it and then you tried to convince me that it was there already. The insurance company has photos of my car with no damage. I purchased my car new so there was no previous damage. I'm sure the dealership will attest to that. I really didn't expect your establishment to conduct yourselves in a manner that causes me ptsd. I'm going to pray for your business and hope no one in your family ever comes in contact with business such as yours. May God Bless you and touch your heart not to treat anyone else like you so willingly treated me. It's as if you went out your way to be cruel to me.
