I worked with Charles, and he was great!!! Charles was very responsive from the beginning. He got me a quote within minutes and accommodated a same day vehicle inspection. He communicated throughout the entire process and I feel like he really went all out to find me a part for as reasonably priced as he could. I REALLY appreciated that. He also got my car fixed BEFORE the day I requested! The part was ordered on Friday and my car was fixed by Tuesday. They also had previously done work on my son’s car and he was the one that recommended them. I’ll double down on the recommendation. Great customer service and excellent work on both cars.
