Carstar Avalon Collision is a family owned collision repair facility that has been serving the community since 2008. This is our newest location in Fontana. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs per the vehicle manufacturer specifications within a timely manner. We will help guide you through the repair process from start to finish, this includes working with any insurance company as well. Kyle was absolutely amazing! This company is truly the best, and I will never go anywhere else. I will be recommending them to everyone I know because this is definitely the place to go! The service was phenomenal, the honesty was refreshing, and the prices were excellent. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience. Carla at the front was always very nice and welcoming, and Adrian was super easy to work with. He provided us with all the estimates upfront, gave us a clear timeline for when the car would be ready, and kept us updated throughout the entire process with phone calls. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the communication and service. We’ll definitely come back here if we ever need to get our cars fixed again.

I had a great experience with CARSTAR! The entire process was seamless, organized, and efficient. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and the communication was great from start to finish. They even had my rental car dropped off for me, and I was able to leave it there when I picked up my car, which made everything so convenient. Most importantly, I was really happy with how my car turned out. They made the whole experience so easy, and I would definitely recommend them!

The car looks very nice. I am still waiting to hear back from Car Star to have a missing piece replaced. I was hold it would be ordered and I would get a call back within a week. That was on 8/25 and its now 9/03. I will call them later today.

Morgan was my estimator, and she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She kept me updated on the progress of my car, which I really appreciated. Karla at the front desk was also so friendly and helpful, even until the very end when I picked up my car. They both made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. CARSTAR Avalon in Fontana is the best paint & body repair shop experience I've had. Jed, the owner is very kind and generous in offering body & paint work I needed, not involving my insurance damage claim. Morgan is very professional and patient, processed my estimate and took care of my vehicle from start to finish. Everyone at this facility is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend CARSTAR to anyone needing their services. They've exceeded my expectations, the final results are above & beyond, got everything done in less than 3 days, the office is very nice & clean and so is the work area. I'd give them 10 stars out 10 but I'm only allowed 5 start on this site.
