Just took a while for them to be able to accept the payment. I don’t know if something was wrong with the machine or something. What’s wrong with the person who was trying to complete the payment?

I will never bring my truck back here again! My truck was there for 7 weeks no phone calls, no updates, zero communication on when my truck would be complete! I had to go in person to get updated on my truck! The lady in the body shop was really helpful but the guy in the service department was very rude and was not trying to help me at all! Everytime I had a question he would say it will be another 4 weeks before we can get it back in the shop to find out what’s wrong with it, by the way my truck wasn’t repaired by the service department! They told State Farm that it wasn’t related to my accident but never called me to see if I wanted to pay for the repairs before taking my truck out of the service department! It’s ok because you live and you learn… never again will I use Acadiana dodge for anything!!!

The service was a little good but there very hard to get in touch with. When u call no answer and they don’t call u back. And also when I pick up my car the windshield was cracked. Nobody noticed it but when I went to check my car I seen it good thing I never left.
