I had to go to Corpus Cristi 4x due to the car was not fixed right. And Eloy wouldn't return my calls I would call 6x a day to see if he had the part for my car

The car looked brand new! We loved how they kept in touch with us weekly and giving us information on our car. They cleaned it for us when they didn’t have too. We felt we left the lot with a brand new car. Customer service was amazing friendly people at the shop. I would recommend anyone who has issues with their car to go to access ford

Eloy was very pleasant and has excellent customer service and people skills, I was greeted right away, the enterprise representative was great over all I give Eloy 5 stars for excellent customer service. I was pleased with the repair to my vehicle and I would highly recommend Access Ford collision center to anyone who needs damage repair to their vehicle. John Hawkins the manager that handled my claim and repair was amazing he kept me updated daily by email and phone worked with me on items I wanted to have done to my truck outside the normal repair service. I’ll definitely recommend Access Ford collision center to others and just Access Ford in general. Thanks to John and the Access team for making a bad Situation a good experience
