Caliber collision did an awesome job on my car! I can’t think of anything that they could’ve done to make it better! It looks beautiful, and they even cleaned the inside! Employees were very pleasant, they kept me informed, made me feel like they appreciated my business! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs bodywork on their vehicle! I hope never to need bodywork done again, but if I do, I would definitely go back there!!

Took over 2 weeks on repairs and never had any urgency to help us get our car back. Parts had been at the dealer but this location failed to have the car at the dealer until I had to call and ask when the repairs would begin or what the status was. Scott kept saying the parts would take 3-4 days and then said they might take 10+ days. But in fact the parts only took 4 days and had been at the dealer but Scott failed to check on the status of the parts. Overall Scott failed and the management failed by not doing a job in a timely manner. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Caliber collision in Calallen will not be a place I recommend to anyone anytime soon. Scott was terrible and didn’t have any urgency getting my repairs done. Took too long and the dates kept getting pushed back for completions. Seems like he was just making up different dates and never checking on the status of the car. Disappointing and unprofessional are how I would describe this location.
