They made sure to keep me updated on the status of repairs, returned & reordered refurbished parts that came in damaged until they got acceptable refurbished parts, detailed my car nicely even though I dropped it off dirty after a road trip, & then stayed late after hours to let me pick up my car after I got off work not to mention the repairs look great!! I'm happy Thank you

When I looked over the repair with the adjuster it was great but I did notice there is like a bubble on the door. Pain inside the driver door and on my driver & passenger seat. Should not be on the seat nor on the door panel
