I specifically asked that attention be paid towards my hitch as it took the brunt of the force. The ball gets banged up in normal wear, but I was shocked that the black portion of the hitch hadn’t been touched up.

When I originally took my vehicle into Accident Pro to have them look at it and schedule the repair, I was told that it would take five to seven working days to complete. Although I was told it would take longer when given my repair updates, it finished in seven working days. The results were fantastic. Not only did they repair the damage to the outside of the vehicle but detailed the inside also. They ’did such a great job, I had to ask them what products they used to clean the inside of the vehicle. I was given a picture of the cleaner bottle. I recommend them highly.

I loved the texts and felt reassured all was being done to get my car back in great shape. The outside is super! The inside still had broken glass and was so dusty and gross. I guess after getting texts it was hung up on detailing I thought it would be detailed! An insert to a door handle is missing too. Other than that things were good
