My experience with accident pros was super awesome and I am super satisfied. My only complaints were that the anticipated time I was texted was different than when I called in one time. Tiffany told me they are working on getting techs to use a new system better so it may just be new system hiccups. Also only being open 9-5 Monday-Friday makes it so you have to schedule work around the hours to pick up your car. With that said Tiffany was amazing and stayed a half hour past closing on a Friday to wait for me to pick up my car which made me feel very cared about.
