From the time I entered ur facility until the time I picked up my vehicle, I was treated very kindly n special by all staff that I had contact with. Robert was very good at keeping me informed throughout the process. The text messages n phone calls were always timely n informative. I was elated when I was informed that my car was ready a day ahead of schedule. The coordination between AAA, the rental car company n ur staff was awesome!
