The process was smooth, quick, and easy. In the office the secretary was attentive, caring and she knew what she was doing. She took care of everything and made me feel welcome throughout. The representative, that helped me (RO Number 1280004160) was knowledgable, friendly and extremely helpful. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, and all my questions were answered. In the end my car looked great. Everytime I have went to your Body Shop your service has always been fantastic, and again I left happy and satisfied with the service, and all over workmanship that I had. Satisfying the customer is at the top of your list, and I really appreciate this.

Great customer service at the front desk and awesome work from the mechanics. Appreciate all the staff on working so diligently to get tasks completed. They also went the extra mile to wash my truck! Which they did NOT have to do, but very much appreciate. 10/10
