Yes, my car looks brand new and they also cleaned the inside and outside :). I did not expect that but they did an amazing job.

The team I had was very nice and helpful. They would update and call to let me know how my car was doing and when it may be done by. The date was set on a Friday to receive my car back but I received it on Thursday and I got updated with either a text or a call. They where very helpful with updates and times. Also made sure I was able to go back home safely.

They left my HRV as if there had never been an accident. I’m very pleased with their work. Everyone was very kind. I was constantly notified of the progress and repairs. Lifetime warranty on the work is a plus.

We were given frank and honest answers to our questions when the timeline was longer than expected and that gave us the confidence that everything would be done to our satisfaction and it was! Our car looks brand new again and we believe they went above and beyond to ensure all of the calibrations work. Plus we were communicated with on a frequent basis!

I’m about to leave the country for more than a month long vacation and asked if it’s possible to get my car before I fly out and Caliber Collision totally delivered! I was able to get my car back a couple of days before I leave. Mitch and Kim were giving me constant updates on the work being done on my car. The work they did on my car looks amazing!
