Overall, the staff was amazing, and I truly appreciate all the hard work they put into repairing my car. Honestly, I was almost more excited to come see everyone than I was to pick up my car! Andrea was, by far, the best adjuster I've ever had. She kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and never left me feeling confused. She went above and beyond to make sure I left with a smile. Her professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made the entire experience so much easier. Way to go, Andrea, and thank you to the entire team for the excellent service!

Customer service was unprofessional from the beginning to the end. Being definitely disrespectful to me. Victor and Demariau both need to seek help. Trying to intimidate anyone especially a woman is pathetic. Trying to start a conversation with me by saying you’re on the phone when I didn’t even approach you is insane. Then having a little condescending attitude Trying to provoke me To tell you off. Next the regional manager got there and he all of a sudden he was nice & fake smiling shocked me honestly. Annoying and repulsive.

As usual, the staff at Caliber Collision is excellent. Once they get your car, they take care of everything, keep the customer informed regularly, and do magnificent work. They go above and beyond, like buffing my entire car so the new part looks comparable. Andrea goes over everything and looks for the finishing touches to be done. It’s a relief to have an excellent and honest car repair shop! I highly recommend them.
