Gabby was great and easy to work with. The only area for improvement would be to follow up with the tech to determine if the headlamp assembly needed to be calibrated. It turns out that it did not need to be calibrated so I could have picked up the car much earlier.

I would reccomend caliber for sure

The repairs were great but it took much longer than anticipated. Communication was great.

Great customer service. As I said there were just issues with parts being damaged when received and I'm not sure who to blame for that. It took a week longer than anticipated due to delays based on bad parts coming in

Caliber Collision did a great job of repairing the extensive damage that had been done to the rear of my X3. They tore down body parts to replace internal supports, replaced and aligned body parts, and did a paint job that the car look like new. I was kept well informed, coordinated well with my insurance company, and were determined to make me happy with the whole process.

Amanda and Gabby were very professional and also very kind. They kept me informed on the status of my repairs and returned the car to me early and in beautiful and clean condition. I also believe that I was charged a very fair price for the repairs. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

The staff was so nice, and professional, and my car looked brand new after the repairs. I was really impressed from start to finish with the experience.
